What a Wonderful World

It would be great if you could travel with your child all over the globe, but being landlocked doesn’t mean you can’t still help him appreciate the world’s diverse cultures. Hang a world map or place a globe in a visible spot, and ask him to point out places that pique his interest: Does he have a friend who is from another country, or is he interested in an animal native to another land? Encourage his interest with books, music, and handmade crafts from that culture.
