Until You See a "7" on the Clock...

You don’t want to think about your 3-year-old toddling out of her room and starting her day before the sun is up, and goodness knows you don’t want to be up in the dark, either. Figure out what would be an acceptable time for your child to leave her room on her own (say, 7 a.m.). Get her a digital clock, and tell her that she’s to stay quietly in her room until the first number on the clock is a 7. No only does this teach kids about identifying numbers, but you can get uninterrupted rest, too!
