There’s nothing wrong with a floor covered with toys, except when it’s clean-up time and your child’s overwhelmed by the task. Make a habit of placing only a few toys out on the floor at a time and encourage your child to put away one toy before taking out something new. This tactic helps your child get used to the concept of neatness and makes clean-up much easier.
