Stacking Cheerios

Try this activity that is a great way for a toddler to practice hand-eye coordination and maybe some rudimentary counting. Plop a ball of Play-doh or other clay-like substance on a table and stick a piece of spaghetti straight up in it. Give your child a cup full of Cheerios and guide her in picking them up and “stringing” them on the spaghetti.
