Organize Your Child's Crayons, Markers, and Colored Pencils

How many times does your child have to sort through bins of markers, crayons, and colored pencils to find the right one? Instead of mixing them all together, put them in clear bins or quart-sized plastic bags according to their color. Keep the bins or bags together on a shelf that your child can easily access when she needs to find the color she's looking for.
