Make a Timeline of Your Life

Talk with your child about the purpose of timelines and share a few examples you've seen online or in your local newspaper. Then, make individual timelines of your own lives. Be sure that your child adds drawings, and labels each major event with the date and location. When you're done, share your timelines with one another.
