Make a Red, White, and Blue Nation’s Birthday Flag

Bake a plain yellow cake and have children place white frosting on top. Have children use blueberries and mini marshmallows to replicate the blue area of the flag with its 13 stars for the original 13 colonies. Use small raspberries and mini marshmallows to make alternating white and blue stripes.
