Make a Bucket-List of Volunteering Ideas

Think about the types of volunteering projects you've always wanted to do with your kids. Whether you'd like to paint a shed for your elderly neighbor, or serve meals to the homeless, start making a bucket-list of ideas. Share it with your kids and let them add their own suggestions. Post the list somewhere prominent, too, so that you can add new ideas to it over time. Then, when opportunities arise, begin crossing items off the list as you share your family's energy and talents with others.
