Bring Out the Interior Designer in Your Child

Think your child is too young to design a room? Some graph paper, a ruler, and a bit of guidance is all it takes. The math required to do this project will have your child working with ratios, multiplication, and division. Use the squares in the graph paper to keep the rooms in scale; work with your child to figure out the size of the room and what type of room she would like it to be.
