10 Trick-or-Treaters

10 Trick-or-Treaters

by Janet Schulman Illustrated by Linda Davick
Kids can count their way through Halloween night in this not-too-spooky number rhyme with adorable illustrations. This Halloween read-aloud is just right for the very youngest listeners.

Ten trick-or-treaters set out to collect candy and end up running home one by one, scared by the witches, ghosts, and ghouls who are also out for candy. At last, only the bravest is left.

Each number, from ten to one, is printed numerically in bold to help children count backwards, and at the end of the book is a collection of candy for an additional counting treat.
