What you need:
- White window sheers (or other translucent fabric)
- White balloon
- Black permanent marker
- String
What to do:
- Cut the sheers in half to form large squares of fabric. Then cut a small hole in the center of each square.
- Blow up the white balloon and draw a haunting ghost face on it, knot side up, with the marker.
- Tie a string around the balloon knot, and thread the string through the hole in the fabric. Then hang your ghost on a curtain rod inside or a tree branch outdoors.
