Ingredients:
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 lightly toasted slice of bread
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
What to do:
1. Heat the oil in a small pan.
2. Cut a heart-shaped hole in the middle of the toast using a cookie cutter. Break the egg into a cup.
3. Put the toast in the frying pan and gently slide the egg into the hole. Add a little salt and pepper.
4. Turn the heat to low and cook for about 4 minutes until the egg white has set.
