Hosted by our resident high school football expert, Greg Toal, head coach at perennial national power, Don Bosco Prep H.S. (Ramsey, NJ), Gridiron Online will offer expertise regarding training and conditioning drills, offensive and defensive plays, special teams tips, and a wide array of technical football analysis. Don Bosco has won four state titles since 2002 under Toal's leadership and has been ranked in the top 8 three times, including second in 2003, in USA Today's "Super 25" ranking of the best high school football teams in the country.
