How To Enter:

1.	Print out entry form and fill in your silly name, real name, and address and mail to Captain Underpants Sweepstakes attention: Neil De Young Scholatic Inc. 555 Broadway New York, NY 10012.
2.	One entry per person. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles or mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Scholastic, Inc. is not responsible for lost, illegible, incomplete, late, misdirected, mutilated, stolen entries.
Winner Selection:
1.	Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 10/30/2000 from among all entries received for this sweepstakes
2.	Winners will be notified by mail
Prize:
1.	10 winners will receive a complete set of Captain Underpants books. Estimated retail value is $67.80

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes except by Scholastic due to prize unavailability and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. Parent or legal guardian of winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release. If any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that Scholastic its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies: 1) may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes without further compensation, permission or notification and 2) that the aforestated parties and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this sweepstakes and any travel related thereto.
