February may be the shortest month of the year, but we know it comes packed with plenty of special days and learning opportunities for students. With Black History Month, Presidents’ Day, Valentine’s Day, and more, there are so many new things for your students to learn—and it can feel like there’s so little time to teach!

These ready-to-print resources are designed to support whole-class lessons, small-group teaching, independent work, and family engagement throughout February.

Engage young students in grades PreK–K by reading mini-books and singing along with songs that celebrate Groundhog Day, Valentine’s Day, and Presidents’ Day. The pack also features thematic pages to help kids with their number and letter work, as well as take-home activities.

Students in grades 1–2 will discover fun math activities to mark the 100th Day of School, Hero Collector Cards to celebrate Black History Month, a mini-play, writing prompts, games and riddles, and other thematic materials to observe special February holidays and dates.

The grades 3–4 pack is the perfect supplement for your February lessons. Featuring timely writing prompts, a groundhog-themed compound words game, wintery math story problems, and more, this pack will help your students warm up to their winter learning experiences.
