In Loony Tunes: Back in Action, the Warner Bros. movie studio is filming a comedy starring Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck. Like any situation involving Bugs and Daffy, there are problems. Tired of being a sidekick, Daffy gets the idea to convince Mr. Warner and his brother to rewrite the comedy into a film starring Daffy. His plan backfires when Kate, the new vice president of comedy, orders D.J., a security guard, to kick Daffy out of the studio. Instead of leaving quietly, Daffy leads D.J. on a crazy chase that gets both of them kicked off the lot.

Daffy decides to follow D.J. to the home of his missing father. D.J.'s dad is no ordinary guy; he's Damien Drake, an actor famous for his film role as a super-spy. It turns out that Damien Drake is also a real-life spy, kidnapped by the evil Acme Corporation while searching for a mysterious, magical diamond. D.J. and Daffy set out on a mission to save D.J.'s father and get the Blue Monkey Diamond before the evil Acme Company can use it. The only clue they have points to Las Vegas. It's time for a road trip.

Meanwhile, Bugs realizes that he doesn't want to find a replacement for his feathered friend-Daffy is the only sidekick for him. Bugs and Kate head off to Vegas in search of D.J. and Daffy. Once they team up, the group finds adventure all over the world-from Paris to Africa-as they battle Acme operatives and run into a few Loony friends along the way. Keep an eye out for Tweety, Wile E. Coyote, Marvin the Martian, and more of the Loony Tunes gang. Will they rescue D.J.'s dad? Who will get control of the Blue Monkey Diamond? Check out Loony Tunes: Back in Action to find out.
