To celebrate Valentine’s Day holidays, the Parents Facebook team is offering a giveaway of two lovable Scholastic titles by beloved author and illustrator Caroline Jayne Church: Ten Tiny Toes signed by author and illustrator Caroline Jayne Church, and I Love You Through and Through (the “prize”). The giveaway will be offered every day from Monday, February 10, 2014, to Friday, February 14, 2014 (the “Entry Period”). One (1) prize will be offered each day for five (5) days.

To enter the Sweepstakes, go to http://opinio.scholastic.com/opinio/s?s=7356 and complete the entire form. Submit the form online to enter the Give-away. ONLINE ENTRY IS THE ONLY MEANS OF ENTRY. NO OTHER METHOD OF ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Give-away will begin at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday, February 10, 2014 and end at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on February 14, 2014. One entry per person. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of online entries will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, brokers, distributors, dealers, retailers, affiliates, and their respective advertising, promotion and production agencies, (collectively, the "Related Entities") shall not be liable for (a) telephone, electronic, program, network, Internet, or computer delays, deletions, interruptions or other failures of any kind; (b) late, lost, damaged, failed, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, unintelligible, or delayed computer messages; or (c) any human error that may occur in the processing of any entry, nor are they responsible for any theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, whether caused by the sender or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Give-away. 3. Give-Away open to legal residents of the United States age 18 or older, except employees of Scholastic Inc. (“Sponsor”), and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies (collectively, the “Related Entities”), and the immediate families of each. Give-away is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Give-away is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Except where prohibited, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, age, city and state, likeness, gender, and entry by Sponsor without further notice or compensation.

Prize: Five (5) winners during the Entry Period (total of five (5) winners) will each receive one (1) copy of Ten Tiny Toes signed by Caroline Jayne Church (approximate retail value $8.99) plus one (1) copy of I Love You Through and Through (approximate retail value $8.95). The prize will be mailed to the address the winner supplies at time of entry.

All winners will be selected at random on or about Monday, February 17, 2014, after the Entry Period has closed. Scholastic will inform winner (s) that they have been selected to receive the prize by email, and the prize will be sent to the mailing address he/she supplied in the original entry. Prize is nontransferable, not returnable, and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash. No substitutions allowed, except by Sponsor in event of prize unavailability in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Taxes, if any, on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. By entering this Give-Away, winner and all entrants agree that Sponsor, Facebook and the Related Entities and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees (the “Released Parties”) will have no liability or responsibility for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize or participation in this Give-Away and they will be held harmless against any claims arising directly or indirectly from the use of any prizes or participation in the Give-Away. This Give-away is not authorized or sponsored by, or affiliated with Facebook, which is not involved in this Give-away in any way.

5. If the administration or integrity of the Give-Away is compromised or corrupted at any time, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Give-Away. The Released Parties shall not be liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering the Give-Away. Entrants agree that the decisions of Sponsor related to this Give-Away are final. By entering the Give-Away, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Give-Away will be ineligible for prizes.
