You don't have to serve a veggie at every meal. Present fruit with this sweet-spicy dip and watch it vanish. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
What you need:
- 1 (8-ounce) package low fat cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Apple and pear wedges
What to do:
- In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese, milk, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
- Serve with apple and pear wedges or even carrot and celery sticks.
