Tooty Frooty Dip

You don't have to serve a veggie at every meal. Present fruit with this sweet-spicy dip and watch it vanish. Makes 1 1/2 cups.


What you need:

  • 1 (8-ounce) package low fat cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Apple and pear wedges

What to do:

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese, milk, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. 

  2. Serve with apple and pear wedges or even carrot and celery sticks.
