Calm & Cozy Blend

  • 1 teapot with infuser
  • 16 oz boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp of French Lemon Ginger tea
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3/4 tsp fresh mint
  • Splash of milk


1. Put water and cinnamon stick on to boil.
2. Add tea and mint to infuser.
3. Once water boils, remove cinnamon stick and pour the water into teapot. Infuse for 7 minutes.
4. Remove infuser and pour contents into teacups.
5. Add milk to taste.


Makes two 8-oz cups.
