Berry and Nutella
Spoon Nutella on a pita and add strawberry slices; fold in half. For a tangy twist, swap in 1 tbsp ricotta cheese and a drizzle of honey.
Cream cheese and almond
Spread low-fat cream cheese on a slice of tasted cinnamon raisin bread. Top with slivered almonds or golden raisins. Fold in half.
Egg and cheese
Fill a warmed corn tortilla with scrambled eggs, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Add whatever you have in the pantry, such as salsa or
refried beans. Fold in half.
PB and banana
Spread peanut or almond butter on a toasted whole-wheat or blueberry waffle. Cover with banana slices; fold in half.
