ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to all students in grades PreK-8 who are legal residents of the U.S.. Employees, and members of their families, of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective advertising, promotion and production agencies, are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To enter the Sweepstakes, fill out the online Sweepstakes registration form (the “Form”). Completion of the Form will automatically enter you in the Sweepstakes. Completion of the Form is the only means of entering the Sweepstakes. Partially completed Forms will not be accepted. Entries must be received after 5:01 p.m. Eastern Time (United States) on February 1, 2013 and by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (United States) on May 20, 2013. Limit one entry per person. YOU MAY ONLY ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE. NO OTHER METHOD OF ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of online entry form will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor and its agencies shall not be liable for (a) telephone, electronic, program, network, Internet, or computer delays, deletions, interruptions or other failures of any kind; (b) late, lost, damaged, failed, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, unintelligible, or delayed computer messages; or (c) any human error that may occur in the processing of any entry, nor are they responsible for any theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, whether caused by the sender or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes. Proof of emailing or online submission does not constitute proof of delivery. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

PRIZE: Ten (10) Grand Prize Winners and twenty-five (25) Second Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about May 24, 2013. Ten Grand Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Nintendo DS™, one (1) I SPY Game Pack Nintendo DS™ video game and one (1) I SPY Castle Nintendo DS™ video game (Approximate Retail Value: $135.00). Twenty-five Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) I SPY Game Pack Nintendo DS™ Video Game (Approximate Retail Value: $19.99 each). Total ARV for all prizes: $1849.75. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted by the winner. Prizes are non-returnable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for payment of all federal, state or other tax liabilities (including income taxes, if any) on any prize received. After Sponsor’s reasonable attempt to award prizes, unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes deadline; many people will enter but few people will win.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: If the administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised or corrupted at any time, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agencies shall not be liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering the Sweepstakes. Entrants agree that the decisions of Sponsor related to this Sweepstakes are final. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by these rules and to release and hold Sponsor and its affiliates and their respective advertising, promotion and production agencies harmless from and against any and all damages and claims of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/right of publicity release (“Affidavit”), which may require winner to furnish his/her social security number. If a potential winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of first notification attempt, or if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner does not meet eligibility criteria, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify a winner's consent to the use of his/her biographical information and likeness (as further detailed in the Affidavit) for any lawful purpose (including for promotional purposes) in any media, including without limitation online, in perpetuity, without further notice or compensation. By registering to enter the Sweepstakes, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for a prize.

WINNER LIST: To obtain the name of the Sweepstakes winners, send a request, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Scholastic Inc., I SPY Video Game Sweepstakes, 524 Broadway, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10012, Attn: Lisa Cummins. Winner list will be available after the completion of the Sweepstakes but no earlier than September 1, 2013. Requests must be received before November 30, 2013.
