I read this book and it was fascinating. The main character, Nhamo, is a girl of about 12 who goes on an action packed adventure. I highly recommend this book to people who like suspense. You should read it! Catelyn K. Age 12
This book was very exciting. I personally don't like scary
books, so some parts were very frightening. Sometimes too
many things happened at once and it was very confusing so
I had to read many chapters over again. In the end, it was
worth it.

brave girl- that's why I like this book plus it's very challenging,
but you should read it. I think it's so good.

This book was great. I love the way the author made little
stories within the story it self. This book is a little mature
though. I hope Nancy Farmer will write a sequel or another
book like it. Don't you agree that it is cool that she lived
in Zimbabwe and Mozambique?

I think that A Girl Named Disaster was a wonderful book because
it told how a young girl in Africa could explore many different
countries on her own. That means that the girl was dedicated
to what she was doing and she believed she could do it. I
think that this book should be given to all children that
love to learn about other countries and there heritages.
