do?

Q. What are the recommended system requirements for running WiggleWorks
v. 2.0 that has been upgraded with the v.2.1 disc upgrade?

Q. How do I install onto System OS 8 or 8.1
A. Download the V1.04 updater.
It comes with an OS8 Installer.
Q. The playback of recording is static. Is there anything I
can do to make it clearer?
A. You have the PowerMacs that employ a 16 bit sound system: Download
the V1.04 Updater.
Q. I cannot print from StyleWriter 1200-2500
A. Download the V1.04 Updater.
Q. How do I delete class lists?
A. Open the WiggleWorks Application folder on the hard drive.
Open the Management folder and trash the class list.
Then, open the Student Work and Teacher Messages folder and trash the
corresponding class folder.
Q. What are the system and hardware requirements to run WiggleWorks
1.0?

there anything I can do?
A. Call 1-800-WIGGLE-1 for the free WiggleWorks v.2.1 disc upgrade!
Or if you do not have time to wait for the disc, try to Download the 2.1
patch.
*Scholastic highly recommends using the 2.1 disc upgrade over the 2.1
downloadable patch.
Q. What are the recommended system requirements for running WiggleWorks

Q. The program crashes at startup. What can I do?
A. Open your Display control panel (you may do this through the
Start Menu, or by clicking your right mouse button anywhere on your desktop
and selecting Properties). In the window that will appear, click the Settings
tab. Then, click the button that says "Advanced Properties" or "Advanced..."
Next, click the Performance tab. Finally, Set Hardware Acceleration to
None. WiggleWorks should now start up normally.
Q. I cannot print My Words. What should I do?
A. Download the v1.1 Updater
patch.
Q. When trying to save student work, the file name is an 8 digit
number rather than the child's name and story title?
A. Download the v1.1 Updater
patch.
Q. How do I delete class lists?
A. Open the Wiggle folder on the C drive. Open the Management (Mgmt)
folder and trash the class list. Then open the Student and Teacher folders
and trash the corresponding class folders.
