Q.
How do I delete class
lists?
A.
Open the WW + folder
on the server. Open the Management folder and trash the class list, leaving
“Class File List”. Then, open the Student Work and Teacher Messages folders
and trash the corresponding folders.

are the system and hardware requirements to run WiggleWorks Plus?

Note: WiggleWorks
Plus will not run over a LocalTalk network, and System 7 file sharing
is not supported.
As with all server-driven
operations, performance speed may vary depending on the number of users
accessing the same item. Please also note that books being run from server-attached
external CD-ROM drives will run noticeably slower than those run from
a network-based CD server (tower).

Q. WiggleWorks Dual
Net Plus V. 3.0 will not run under my version of Windows 2000. What can
I do?
A. Download
the 3.1 patch.
Q.
WiggleWorks Plus Network for Windows v. 2.1 will not run under my version
of Windows 2000. What can I do?
A. Download
the v. 2.3.1 updater patch.
Q.
The program crashes
at startup. What can I do?
A.
Open your Display
control panel (you may do this through the Start Menu, or by clicking
your right mouse button anywhere on your desktop and selecting Properties).
In the window that will appear, click the Settings tab. Then, click the
button that says "Advanced Properties" or "Advanced..." Next, click the
Performance tab. Finally, Set Hardware Acceleration to None. WiggleWorks
Plus should now start up normally.
Q.
How do I delete
