Q.
I cannot install
on OS 8. What should I do?
A. If you
are installing the application from a Kindergarten CD, download
the Kindergarten OS 8 installer; if you are installing the application from
a grade 1 or garde 2 CD, download the
Grades 1-2 OS 8 installer.
Q. The
playback of recording is static. Is there any way to make it clearer?
A. You have
the PowerMacs that employ a 16 bit sound system. Download
the V1.05 Updater.
Q. I
cannot print from StyleWriter 1200-2500. What should I do?
A. Download
the V1.05 Updater.
Q. How
do I delete class lists?
A. Open the
WiggleWorks Plus application folder on the hard drive. Open the Management
folder and trash the class list. Then, open the Student Work and Teacher
Messages folder and trash the corresponding folder.
Q. What
are the system and hardware requirements to run WiggleWorks Plus?

Q.
The program crashes
at startup. What can I do?
A. Open
your Display control panel (you may do this through the Start Menu, or
by clicking your right mouse button anywhere on your desktop and selecting
Properties). In the window that will appear, click the Settings tab. Then,
click the button that says "Advanced Properties" or "Advanced..." Next,
click the Performance tab. Finally, Set Hardware Acceleration to None.
WiggleWorks Plus should now start up normally.
Q. How
do I delete class lists?
A. Open
the WiggleWorks Plus application folder on the hard drive. Open the Management
(Mgmt) folder and trash the class list. Then, open the Student and Teacher
folder and trash the corresponding folder.
Q. In
PlaceMaker, how do I resize the clip art as the Macintosh manual explains?
A. Windows
does not allow for the resizing.
Q. I
received a Macintosh User's Guide. How do I install WiggleWorks Plus?
A. The majority
of the User's Guide is identical in both Macintosh and Windows. However,
installation instructions are found on each CD. Open My Computer and open
the CD drive to display the WiggleWorks Plus contents. Open the Engine
folder, double click Read Me, and print out the installation instructions
and Mac/Windows differences.
Q. What
