Q. What are the recommended system requirements for running Wiggleworks
v. 3.0 that has been upgraded with the v.3.1 disc upgrade?

Q. I cannot install Workstation application on System OS 8 or
8.1. What should I do?
A. Download the OS8 installer
Q. How do I delete class lists?
A. Open the WWNet folder on the server. Open the Management folder
and trash the class list, leaving the “Class File List”. Then open the
Student Work and Teacher Messages folder and trash the corresponding class
folders.
Q. What are the system and hardware requirements to run WiggleWorks
Network?
A. WORKSTATIONS
- A Macintosh LC III or later
- System 7.0 or later
- At least 20 MB of available hard disk space
- At least 5 MB of available RAM (8 MB for System 7.5 and later)
- A 2X or faster CD-ROM drive
- A monitor with a minimum resolution of 640 x 480 that can display
at least 256 colors
- Headphones (optional but strongly recommended), or internal
or external speakers
- Internal or external microphone (optional)
SERVER
- A server tower with 10Mbits/sec data transfer rate
- At least 32 MB of available RAM

*Some additional hard disk space is required to store all class
files and, by default, student and teacher files. This amount will
vary depending on the number of users and the amount of work saved

Note: WiggleWorks will not run over a LocalTalk network,
and System 7 file sharing is not supported.
As with all server-driven operations, performance speed may vary
depending on the number of users accessing the same item. Please
also note that books being run from server-attached external CD-ROM
drives will run noticeably slower than those run from a network-based
CD server (tower).

Or if you do not have time to wait for the disc, try to download the 3.1
patch.
*Scholastic highly recommends using the 3.1 disc upgrade over the 3.1
downloadable patch.

Q. WiggleWorks will not run under my version of Windows 2000.
What can I do?
A. Download the WiggleWorks
Network 3.1 patch.
Q. The program crashes at startup. What can I do?
A. Open your Display control panel (you may do this through the
Start Menu, or by clicking your right mouse button anywhere on your desktop
and selecting Properties). In the window that will appear, click the Settings
tab. Then, click the button that says "Advanced Properties" or "Advanced..."
Next, click the Performance tab. Finally, Set Hardware Acceleration to
None. WiggleWorks should now start up normally.
Q. I have a problem installing the workstation application on
network running Windows remotely. What should I do?
A. Download the 2.07 patch
Q. How do I delete class lists?
A. Open the Wwnet folder on the server. Open the Management (Mgmt)
folder and trash the class lists, leaving “Classes.wsc”. Then, open the
Student and Teacher folders and trash the corresponding class folders.
Q. What are the system and hardware requirements to run WiggleWorks
