Q. I cannot install onto System OS 8 or 8.1. What should I do?
A. Download the WiggleWorks-español 1.03 updater. It comes with an OS8 Installer.

Q. The playback of recording is static. Is there any way to make it clearer?
A. You have a PowerMacs that employs a 16 bit sound system. Download the WiggleWorks-español 1.03 Updater

Q. Cannot print from StyleWriter 1200-2500
A. Download the WiggleWorks-español 1.03 Updater

Q. How do I delete class lists?
A. Open the WiggleWorks-español application folder on the hard drive. Open the Management folder and trash the class list. Then, open the Student Work and Teacher Messages folder and trash the corresponding folder.

Q. What are the system and hardware requirements to run WiggleWorks-español?

A Macintosh LC III or later
System 7.0 or later
At least 20 MB of available hard disk space*
At least 5 MB of available RAM (8 MB for System 7.5 and later)
A 2X or faster CD-ROM drive
A monitor with a minimum resolution of 640 x 480 that can display at least 256 colors
Headphones (optional but strongly recommended), or internal or external speakers
Internal or external microphone (optional)

*Some additional hard disk space is required to store student and teacher files. This amount will vary depending on the amount of work saved by teachers and students.
