Lisa McCourt has written thirty-two books for and about children, including The Most Thankful Thing, I Love You, Stinky Face and its sequels, and the Chicken Soup for Little Souls series. Her books have sold over four million copies and earned starred reviews and praise from more than 200 reviewers. Five have been cited for awards, including the NAPPA Award, Storytelling World, and IRA/CBC Children's Choice. 

Lisa's presentations focus on getting kids in touch with their own unique creativity and sources of inspiration. She enthusiastically involves the students along the way, the type of involvement depending upon the age of her audience.  Lisa offers several different programs in order to best reach a wide spectrum of creative people, from preschoolers right up through high school students and adults.
