End Reading Workshop With a Reading Partner Share

During the last 5–10 minute time period of Reading Workshop, I sometimes include a reading partner share. Have the students turn and talk with their reading partner to reflect on their reading work or discuss the reading task. This is a quick way to provide time for all students to share the work or the thinking they did during IDR time.
