Three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), students go to word study centers in groups of four to six. Our word study center rotation chart shows students which center they will visit each day, and features a picture of the location in the classroom where the activity or game will be played.

The corresponding materials for the games are kept in a large pocket chart next to the rotation chart. The labels on the pocket chart match the labels for the games/activities on the rotation chart so that students can easily find the materials they need each day.
