Class Project: Students paint reproductions of Vincent van Gogh's Sunflowers.

It Looked like Spilt Milk by Charles G.Shaw

Class Project: Make a class Book, "Sometimes it looked like______."
Cut cloud shaped stencils out of old file folders and have students sponge paint the clouds against a "sky paper." Write about the things they see.

Book for Teaching Orange:

The Pumpkin Book by Gail Gibbons
The Runaway Pumpkin by Kevin Lewis

Class Project: Replicate a pumpkin lifecycle on a vine.
Use green roving for the vine, tissue paper for the leaves and yellow flowers, and two paper plates for the pumpkin.
