first became interested in k-9 police teams when she took part in a Citizens Police Academy. She rode with Corporal Mike Matsik and Aero twicea month for two years, writing notes and recording events. She also observed many k-9 training days and loved every minute of it. Ms. Russell and her husband live in Shaker Heights, Ohio.
