Gabyliz was chosen by her principal and teacher to be a Scholastic Kid Reporter. Her very first assignment was to appear on live TV!

She joined two other Scholastic Kid Reporters on iVillage TV. They interviewed Bill Rancic, the winner of the first Apprentice reality show, about his new book for kids, Beyond the Lemonade Stand.

Gabyliz will be covering the presidential candidates during the 2008 election.
