Bio

Dianne Ochiltree has been writing stories and poems since she was a child growing up in a small Midwestern town. Her childhood was filled with dozens of family pets and countless well-read books. Today she shares her enthusiasm for reading and creative writing with students of all ages in school visits and writing workshops. Ms. Ochiltree lives in Sparta, New Jersey, with her husband, two sons, and their pets -- a small cat named Toby, and Stella, a big yellow dog.
