Chris Sheban is the illustrator of The Story of a Seagull and the Cat Who Taught Her to Fly by Luis Sepulveda and Catching the Moon by Myla Goldberg. He has also made beautiful jackets for the novels of Kate DiCamillo and Jenny Nimmo. He lives in Northbrook, IL.
