Thanks for all the great ideas for helping parents feel like they're a part of the education team. I walk away with many ideas, especially the newsletter. On a side-note, this part is so true about what children say when asked about their day: “Stuff,” “Nothing,” or “I don’t remember,”. Do they really not remember or do the really not want to talk about it? I usually ask my son an open-ended question such as, "Can you share 1 thing with me that you learned or did in school today".
