I used to do the - each student a job and rotated daily. This year I went to the helper of the day. I love it!! I don't have to hassle with rotating names or having space for the helper chart/board. I also don't have to make sure that each child is able to do their job. (sometimes it is just easier or quicker to do a job than to have a helper do it) I teach 4K and they don't have a problem waiting for their turn in the rotation.
