This list just gives ideas for possible class jobs. My students actually vote on the specific jobs that they think we will need in our class, so we have never actually had a secretary. However, when I describe the job, I use examples like "checking in field trips notes" and "keeping track of Box Top collection" in our room. I think it can really be anything you need help with. In our classroom we have a teacher assistant who already does the secretarial jobs like passing out papers, etc.
