I downloaded Storia, however forgot my password. I don't see an option to click to send me a way to retrieve it. Now, I cannot buy and download a book I wanted to get my son. Hope this is resolved soon. Also, my 2 children's names aren't appearing on their "bookshelf" however when I click on the bookshelf the right books are there from the original free books.
