Thank you so much for the information. I will certainly use it! I am a first year teacher and will be teaching Reader's Workshop to all of the 5th grade classes, about 80 kids for an hour each day. I do not feel that it will give me time to explore centers. My main question is should we all read the same book as a class or should the students choose their own books for reader's workshop? Thank you and your thoughts on the alloted time and using centers would be helpful.
