Hello, Aubrey! Sometimes, I need to get better at using my "great brain", as you call it. I need to become stronger in a few areas this year, particularly helping my students to stay with a book and not abandon it. However, Franki Sibberson and Karen Szymusiak's book told me to observe my students for a few weeks in that area....
