Great post Victoria! Every year I try to add something to Social Studies to make it more interesting too. Last year I began an Explorer Simulation which is actually a Scholastic resource book. My kids adored it! So much in fact they raised their own funds to have me purchase the American Revolution Simulation book. Talk about an interest in their own learning! :-)
