I have about 5 solid year-long themes now, so it is about time for me to start recycling them in years to come! I am so excited that you are enjoying the teamwork theme. I absolutely love your idea about using the concept of "clubhouse" and "major league" as a reading incentive. I will certainly have to remember that when I use the theme again!
