In regards to your question, are you currently a student teacher? If so, I recommend following your mentor's style closely first (even if it is not your style). This will give you time to adapt and see how your mentor finds and creates lesson plans. If your mentor seems really flexible with planning, I think sites such as www.proteacher.com are really helpful, but I still prefer professional books more than anything else.
