I also use motions with my vocabulary words. I teach the word and definitions to them with the motions, have them "teach" it to me and then to each other. As most of our vocab words are from our guided reading, I make it a point to have them do the motions as they read the words in the text as well. Also, I did my class rules like this at the beginning of the year and we review them every morning. They love it and it is a quick and quiet way to remind them of proper behavior during instruction or work time.
