This is a great post! I am excited to use some of these techniques in 3rd grade next year. My question is, what do you do if a whole team of teachers uses a particular management method(card pulls, marks, and punishment, rewards) and you are stuck in the middle? I teach at a very small school with some older teachers who are stuck in their ways and would never go for this. I have to be in compliance with their methods as well as put my own twist on things. How can I implement this without it interfereing with the way the others expect management to be handled?? Tough question, but I would love some advice!
