This is also a great time to reflect on what we have accomplished as a group. We talk about how the year has been like a long race. We have paced ourselves and now, as the finish is in sight, it is not the time to stop and rest but to give ourselves that final burst of effort to make sure we have the best finish possible. It is also the time I try to schedule more little "celebrations" to let them know they won't be forgotten- more picture-taking sessions, more little projects (nothing too over-the-top as time is always short and often interrupted) more time for sharing personal moments. I agree that we often need to revisit the beginning of the year and that we are still a team following the same agreed upon respecting rules established the first week. Good luck comrades in your final weeks. This is my 35th year!! (Where did the time go?)
