Framed, by Gordon Kormon, is the third book in a series about Griffin Bing and his friends. The book, which follows Swindle and Zoobreak, is due in bookstores on September 1. The Scholastic Kids Press Corps received an advance copy to review.

Just like the title suggests, Griffin is framed for something he didn't do. Known as The Man With a Plan by his football teammates, Griffin ends up in the wrong place at the wrong timeā€”and so does his retainer!

Someone has stolen a Super Bowl ring from the school's display case. Left in its place is Griffin's mouthpiece. He ends up under house arrest with an electronic bracelet to track his whereabouts.

Griffin knows he's innocent, but he has no way to prove it. To find out what happens, you'll have to read the book for yourself. Just know that this time, The Man With a Plan doesn't seem to have one!

I give this book a 10. It is a very interesting and funny story, with an intense plot that will keep you reading. Some parts will even make you angry, as you relate to the injustices that Griffin suffers. I hope you check it out for yourself. You'll find it a worth while read.
