Emily Elizabeth Goes to School (in Spanish): A Clifford Interactive Storybook Activity
Will Emily Elizabeth like school? Early readers help build this Spanish-language Clifford Interactive Storybook by completing sentences.
- Grades: PreK–K, 1–2
In the Spanish-language “Emily Elizabeth Goes to School” Clifford Interactive Storybook, early readers follow Emily Elizabeth during her “big day” at school. This activity helps students practice important phonemic awareness and phonics skills as they connect sounds to letters and words and enhance their Spanish reading vocabulary.
In each page, students choose a word (from three options) to complete a sentence and then listen to the page read aloud with the new sentence. The illustration also changes to reflect the new word and sentence.
