The myth of Odysseus and the Cyclops gets the Scope treatment in this wonderful lesson that incorporates a read-aloud play, a video, and activity sheets. The lesson culminates in an essay-writing activity.

• to gather information and ideas from multiple texts and media

• to write an argument essay
